The hotel is conveniently located near my business destination, making it a good option for my trip. The rooms, overall, are quiet and comfortable, although a bit larger than some others. The service was friendly and helpful, especially Felicia who assisted me during check-in. The dining options were decent with a good selection of items. The location was safe and clean, although not as exceptional as some might claim.

The staff, like Felicia, was incredibly kind and helpful, accommodating us even when we arrived at 10 pm with no reservations. The location, surrounded by various shops and restaurants, was very convenient. However, I did notice some homeless encampments nearby, which was a slight drawback. The dining experience was decent, with a variety of breakfast options available, though not up to the usual standard. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with excellent service and great room cleanliness.
